Governance
The GLF is open for every international carrier and it is governed by a Board consisting of the executives with direct responsibility for the international business in their organisations. Decisions taken with regards to the agenda of the group, and the activities it leads or contributes towards, are taken by the Board, which meets three times per year.
The composition the Board is determined by eligibility rules that define what types of companies can join the GLF Board and who can act as their representative. Seats on the board are capped at 35.
