The first Code of Conduct (CoC), established in 2018, gathered 40 signatories. The framework originally consisted of six principles addressing key areas such as targets and reporting, processes, destinations, payment flows, information sharing, and contracting. These principles set the standard of behaviour that carriers should strive to achieve to ensure consistent, industry-wide action in the fight against fraudulent traffic.
In 2024, in collaboration with the i3Forum, a seventh principle was introduced to specifically address IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), further strengthening the CoC. Today, nearly 30 industry players have re/committed to this updated framework.
The CoC is open to anyone in the industry, so we encourage you to join us in this important effort!
