Tomorrow's TELCO
On the 9th November 2022, the ITW Global Leaders’ Forum released a collaboratively produced thought piece “Tomorrow’s Telco” that outlines a consensus view on network architecture, capabilities, and requirements needed to meet customer expectations and create value in the coming years.
The report highlights the need for new operational models, like real-time inventory and usage-based pricing, and emphasises the importance of partnerships, talent development, and ESG commitments to shape the future of telecoms
