What's Inside the GLF DIB Report 2021?

The ITW Global Leaders’ Forum (GLF) are proud to release the 2nd Annual Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Report. The release of this year’s report “Building a Movement, Not a Moment” comes as the industry’s interest in this topic has only intensified during the Covid-19 pandemic and following the murder of George Floyd. This year’s report highlights the progress made on gender diversity within the Telecoms industry and focusses on racial equity initiatives, as well as highlighting key trends over the past year and observations as our organisations have had to adjust due to the pandemic.
