What's Inside the GLF DIB Report 2022?

The ITW Global Leaders' Forum is proud to release the third edition of the annual Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging report. In this year’s report, we provide an update on the progress experienced across the different diversity axes by our members; and then unpack the “Inclusion” pillar of DIB, as we believe diversity and representation transformation is only sustainable and significant when paired with a focus on inclusivity.

For the first time, in this year's report we have divided the respondents into two categories - first time respondents, and those who took part in the GLF Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging reports in 2020 and 2021. With these two groups at different stages of their DIB journeys, the report highlights the momentum achieved by companies adopting a long-term focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
